Wholesome Country Creamery products utilize unhomogenized, low temperature pasturized milk, prepared in small batches. Their grass fed cow’s milk that Mill Creek carries is the way grandma used to provide it for some of us blessed enough to have it fresh on the farm. You’ll see the cream separated and floating on the top!
The chocolate is as creamy and delicious as any you’ve ever tasted! They also provide a wonderful goat milk for those of us who have some cow milk sensitivites as well as a kefir, half-n-half, and ice cream options (not listed on the website as yet.) Some people have discovered that unhomogenized grass fed milk is easier to tolerate than normal store bought types.
