This is the real deal…16 lbs of bone in sugar cured country ham.  Slice and skillet cook it. It will be saltier than a “city ham” and has a very distinct flavor. Make a “red eye” gravy by adding coffee to your skillet as it cooks!

Cured the way they used to be in these parts. Just cook to an internal temperature of 160 and serve with your favorite biscuits or sides.
