Use this knife for all your cutting, slicing, and coring tasks.  Blade is made from surgical-quality, high-carbon stainless steel.  Permanently-cast solid brushed aluminum handle with satin finish has protective finger guard.  Hand wash only.  Also comes in black resin. (3 1/4″ blade, 7 1/8″ overall)
