Larger than the Cook’s Utility and smaller than the French Chef, this easy-to-control knife comes in at 10⁷/8″ overall, with a 6¼” blade.  Its versatility allows you to cut and mince, but will also glide through ice cream cake or cut through meat. You’ll find dozens of ways to put it to use.  Blade is made from surgical-quality, high-carbon stainless steel.  Permanently-cast solid brushed aluminum handle with satin finish has protective finger guard.  Hand wash only.  Also comes in black resin handle.
