Its versatility allows you to cut and mince, but will also glide through ice cream cake or cut through meat. You’ll find dozens of ways to put it to use. Blade is made from surgical-quality, high-carbon stainless steel. Permanently-cast solid brushed aluminum handle with satin finish has protective finger guard. Hand wash only.
