Description

The Peeling Paring Knife is the best tool you can find for the effortless peeling of fruits and vegetables.  Specially designed for peeling, the short blade makes it easy to control. It is particularly useful for foods you hold while cutting.  Blade is made from surgical-quality, high-carbon stainless steel.  Has resin handle for better dishwasher tolerance.  Also comes in satin-finish silver aluminum handle.  (2 1/2″ blade, 6 1/8″ overall)
