Description

The Rada Carver/Boner Knife is the perfect tool for carving bone-in meat at the dinner table.  This 11″ knife, designed with a flexible blade, will quickly and effectively cut meat away from the bone. Ideal for poultry, beef roasts, and more. Use in conjunction with Rada Carving Fork for maximum efficiency.  Blade is made from surgical-quality, high-carbon stainless steel.  Permanently-cast solid brushed aluminum handle with satin finish has protective finger guard.  Hand wash only.  Also comes in black resin handle.  (blade 6 5/8″, overall 11″)
