The Granny Paring Knife is a useful little knife with a reverse-curved shape. This compact paring knife is terrific when used on small foods you hold in your hand while peeling or cutting, like strawberries and apricots, and works equally well whether cutting toward or away from you.  Blade is made from surgical-quality, high-carbon stainless steel.  Permanently-cast solid brushed aluminum handle with satin finish has protective finger guard.  Hand wash only.  Also comes in black resin handle.  (2 3/8″blade, 5 7/8′ overall)
